I placed the order as a gift and noticed that the product hadn’t been shipped during the provided timeline. I spoke with a representative for one hour and thirty minutes to get the following results: 1. A manager was never available and messages had to be relayed by the representative. I was told I could request a call-back for 24-48 hours. I expressed that was too long, but still requested a call-back before the call ended. That was the beginning of December and I have yet to receive a call. I received an email response AFTER I emailed them after the phone call to apologize. This is still subpar. 2. The representative finally gave me the option of canceling the order and resubmitting it with expedited shipping. I asked for this in writing. He sent me an email with the information with standard shipping. I asked again for an email reflecting the expedited shipping. He resent the email. I finally received the product with STANDARD shipping. This was my first and LAST time ordering from the company. I have received exemplar customer service from Target and I didn’t even pay $50 plus the cost of shipping for setting powder! I have even received better customer service when ordering a chicken biscuit for breakfast! There was no effort to rectify their shipping issues or compensate me for my extra long phone call or additional contact via the website to address their problems with giving me what I paid for in a timely manner. I apologize for not actually reviewing the product. I thought maybe my voice would be heard via this platform since it hasn’t been on the others.
