Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping offers are only valid on orders containing full price products shipped in the continental United States and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only. Gift certificates do not qualify for the promotion. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. ships to US addresses only. Our express shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. APO orders will be shipped via Smartpost please anticipate a 4 to 6 week delivery. Standard shipping charges apply. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories take 6-8 weeks. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

1. Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Complimentary ground shipping on all orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, the cost is $8.

2. Express Service – Next Day and Second Day Shipping
- Next Day cost is $20.00 (1-2 business days)
- 2 Day cost is $15.00 (2 business days)

Please note, due to shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon check-out, you will be notified if one or more of your products are not eligible and the entire order will be shipped via ground shipping.

Change Submitted Orders

Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly; regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

You should expect the package for delivery by UPS in approximately 3-5 business days, unless you have requested an expedited method of shipment. Please consider that shipments require an additional 2 days to process the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note our return policy has changed as of 11/15/2022

Your ultimate satisfaction with YSL Beauty is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item purchased at upon receiving it within 60 days of the purchase date. Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a label. Please note, customers are responsible for return fees.

Upon receipt of the package, the return process can take 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days to post onto your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified by email.

All YSL Beauty products must be returned to the original place of purchase. YSL Beauty products purchased online cannot be returned in retail locations. Products bought in-store cannot be returned to the YSL Beauty website. Final sale items, engraved items, promotional gift items and e-gift cards are not eligible for any returns. For orders purchased before 11/8/2022, please return by carrier of choice to the shipping address at the bottom of this page. Customers are responsible for return fees.

If you purchased your YSL Beauty product through Instagram, call our customer care team at 866-725-6791 to initiate a return.

If you purchased your YSL Beauty product with your Shoprunner membership, please go directly to your Shoprunner account to initiate a free return.

If you would like to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return online. Please be sure to initiate the returns process online before sending. You will receive a copy of your invoice to enclose in the return package prompted to provide a reason for your return. To ensure a prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable at this time.

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you purchase YSL Beauty products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter. We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) will not be processed until the next business day.
