Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping offers are only valid on orders containing full price products shipped in the continental United States and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only. Gift certificates do not qualify for the promotion. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.
yslbeautyus.com ships to US addresses only. Our express shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. APO orders will be shipped via Smartpost please anticipate a 4 to 6 week delivery. Standard shipping charges apply. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories take 6-8 days. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.
1. Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Complimentary shipping on all orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, standard rates apply; see costs at checkout.
2. Express Service - Next, Second and Third Day Shipping
- Next Day cost is $20.00 for orders under $100 (1-2 business days)
- $1 additional for each $100 after that ($21.00 for orders $100 - $200, etc.)
- 2 Day cost is $15.00 for orders under $100 (2 business days)
- $1 additional for each $100 after that ($16.00 for orders $100 - $200, etc.)
- 3 Day cost is $10.00 for orders under $100 (3 business days)
- $1 additional for each $100 after that ($11.00 for orders $100 - $200, etc.)
Please note, due to shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon check-out, you will be notified if one or more of your products are not eligible and the entire order will be shipped via ground shipping.

Returns & Exchanges
Your ultimate satisfaction with Yves Saint Laurent Beauty is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item purchased at yslbeautyus.com upon receiving it within 60 days of the purchase date. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice, and the reason for your return. Products sold via yslbeautyus.com may not be returned to other store locations. Yves Saint Laurent Beauty products purchased in all other locations may not be returned to the Yves Saint Laurent Beauty eCommerce website.
Customers who purchase products from the Yves Saint Laurent Beauty website may return them by mail. To ensure a prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service (USPS) insured parcel post and keeping a copy of your return tracking number. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable at this time.
For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you purchase Yves Saint Laurent Beauty products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
