Which products can I engrave?
YSL Beauty is pleased to offer engraving on select products. This service is exclusive to YSLBeautyUS.com and available on select lipsticks, mascaras, and fragrances (2.3 oz sizes or larger) purchased on YSLBeautyUS.com.
How much is it to engrave a product?
Engraving is currently a complimentary service for our Beauty Club members. Customers that are not members of our Beauty Club will be charged $5 to engrave their product.
May I return or exchange an engraved product?
Unfortunately, engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged unless due to product defect.
How long does it take to engrave my product?
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days to engrave a product on top of the standard 1-2 business days to process the order
Where will the item be engraved?
Our engraving experts have determined the best placement for the engraving on the product. This will ensure the best results for your engraved product.
Can I choose my engraving style?
At this time, we do not offer the option to select a desired font or placement. Our engraving experts have pre-determined the ideal font and placement for the best results.
How can I choose to engrave my product?
You can select the option to add engraving to your product by checking the Complimentary Engraving box right below the Add to Bag button on the product page. After checking the box, you will have the ability to customize your message or monogram by clicking Add to Bag.
