    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor customer Service Shopping on YSL website is painful. The shipping time is longer, packages are delayed and lost. The customer service wasn’t very helpful and gave robotic responses on their chat option. I love the perfume but disappointed with poor service. The customer rewards program isn’t upto date either, wasn’t able to add a gift with my points, had to redeem it with a discount on my purchase instead of the gift. No update on the new replacement order either so I have no clue what’s happening. The customer service option isn’t available either.
