Purchase and/or use of the YSL Beaute Gift Card and/or eGift Certificate is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth below. Gift Card / eGift Certificate number and email address are required for each use. If order exceeds Available Funds, remainder must be paid by credit card. Except as required by law, value of card or certificate cannot be redeemed for cash/check and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without consent. You can use your Gift Card / eGift Certificate at anytime; there is no expiration date. Your Gift Card / eGift Certificate is valid for use only at www.yslbeautyus.com.

YSL Beauté Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the YSL Beauté Gift Card and e-Gift Certificate program. "Gift Card," as used here, refers to the YSL Beauté Gift Card. "e-Gift Certificate," as used here, refers to electronic gift certificates purchased at www.yslbeautyus.com. "You" refers here to the purchaser of the Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate or any person who obtains a Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate from the purchaser. YSL Beauté here refers to L'Oréal USA S/D, Inc. d/b/a YSL Beauté and its successors and assigns. By your purchase and/or use of the Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Purchasing a Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate
Gift Cards or e-Gift Certificate may be purchased only on line at www.yslbeautyus.com. If you purchase a Gift Card, it will be mailed to you by U.S. Mail at the address you provide and will include a number that can be used to make purchases only at www.yslbeautyus.com. If you purchase an e-Gift Certificate, a number will be sent to the email address and that number can be used to make purchases only at www.yslbeautyus.com. If the purchaser of the Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate intends to give it to another person, then the purchaser will have to provide identifying information about the recipient, including a working email address, at the time of purchase. The Gift Card and e-Gift Certificate are not credit cards, charge cards or debit cards. The value of the funds that are loaded onto the Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate are available for spending and are referred to here as the "Available Funds." No activation is necessary to use your Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate. The Gift Card and e-Gift Certificate do not expire, though Available Balances may be subject to state unclaimed property laws if unclaimed for periods defined by statute. No dormancy or service fees apply with regard to your use and maintenance of the Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate.

Use of Your Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate
To make purchases, you simply enter the number on the Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate in lieu of a credit card number, as well as the email address that you provided or that was provided for you at the time of purchase. The Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate can be used to pay the full amount of the merchandise, delivery, and applicable taxes, so long as the Available Funds are sufficient. The Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or e-Gift Certificates, but can only be used to buy physical products. If you want to make a purchase for an amount greater than the Available Funds, you may use the Available Funds pay part of the total purchase cost and then pay the remaining balance of the purchase cost with another form of payment accepted by www.ylsbeautyus.com. As you use the Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate, the Available Funds will be reduced by the full amount of each purchase including taxes, delivery or other charges, if any. You may check your Available Funds on line at www.ylsbeautyus.com with the use of your Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate number. The Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate cannot be "reloaded" with value as the Available Funds are drawn down.

Lost or stolen Gift Cards or e-Gift Certificates
We suggest that you write down your Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate code and keep it in a safe place. You should be aware that, except where barred by law, lost, stolen, or destroyed Gift Card or e-Gift Certificates, or their associated numbers, will not be replaced or refunded. You should keep your Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate secure and treat it like cash.

Redemption and Refunds
Your Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate is not, except where required by law, refundable or redeemable in cash. However if your Available Funds are $10 or less, you can redeem the Available Funds for a check in the amount of your Available Funds. Please contact Customer Service to do so.

Returns
If you return a purchase made with your Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate, consistent with the terms of the www.ylsbeautyus.com web site, your Available Funds will be credited in the amount of that refund, in the form of an e-Gift Certificate.

No Warranty of Availability or Uninterrupted Use
From time to time the Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate may for technical reasons be inoperative, and when this happens, you may be temporarily unable to use your Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate. Please notify us if you have any problems using your Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate. You agree that YSL Beauté is not responsible for any interruption of service.

Changing these Terms and Conditions/Card Cancellation
YSL Beauté may change the terms of or add new terms to these terms and conditions at any time, in accordance with applicable law. In addition, we may suspend, cancel, add, modify or delete any feature offered in connection with your Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate at our sole discretion at any time, with or without cause, and without giving you notice, subject to applicable law. If we cancel your Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate, any Available Funds will be returned to you by check.

Assignment and Waiver
YSL Beauté may assign this agreement to a successor, affiliate, parent or subsidiary at any time without notice to you.

Data Protection and Privacy

Information We Collect
As part of providing you with the Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate, YSL Beauté may collect and obtain personal information about you, including:

• Information provided by the purchaser, such as name and/or address and/or email address;
• Information about a recipient of the Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate, such as name and/or address and/or email address; and
• Information about purchases you make with the Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate, such as the date of the purchase, the amount and the place of purchase.

Information Security
Only those persons who need it to perform their job responsibilities are authorized to have access to the information YSL Beauté collects through the sale of the Gift Card or e-Gift Certificate. In addition, YSL Beauté will maintain physical, electronic, and procedural security measures that comply with federal regulations to safeguard purchaser information. Notices
Any notice given by YSL Beauté to you shall be deemed given when deposited in the United States mail, postage prepaid, addressed to you at the latest address shown on our records.

Severability
You agree that if any term of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable for any reason by any Court, that the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, excluding choice of law principles.
