RETURNS & CREDIT GUIDELINES
To ensure the best customer experience, YSL Beauté will gladly accept the return of product(s) purchased at www.yslbeautyus.com. Product(s) must be received within 40 days from the date of purchase (actual online check out date).
YSL Beauté will refund your credit card. Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and send an e-mail confirmation.
YSL Beauté original order shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless a product is verified as defective, was received damaged or was not the correct item ordered. For these three return exceptions, YSL Beauté will add to your refund the reimbursement of original shipping plus a flat return shipping reimbursement of $7.34.
Items purchased on www.yslbeautyus.com may not be exchanged. Please return your product and a credit card refund will be issued based on Return and Credit guidelines.
A new order must be placed to receive your replacement item.
All products purchased on www.yslbeautyus.com must be returned through this process and may not be returned to any other store selling YSL products.
YSL Products purchased anywhere else may not be returned to www.yslbeautyus.com.
TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT(S ):
1. Place the product(s) to return and the completed Return Form (click here to print)
in the original box or equivalent packaging
2.Print and place on the package the Return Shipping Label (click here to print),
3. Return shipments must be sent via insured ground shipping (UPS, Fedex, or USPS with insurance). Pursuant to United States law, fragrances and aerosols cannot be shipped by air without a proper permit.
GIFT:
If you received YSL Beauté product(s) from www.yslbeautyus.com as a gift, at this time we will not be able to refund your credit card but we will refund the gift buyer credit card.
