No. It is a moisturizer so you can use it alone in replace of your eye cream for the morning.

I use this product very sparingly -- 1 or 2 clicks for both eyes. It does run out quickly, so I have to budget both my product usage and how frequently I can purchase it. To me, it's worth the rationing and expense -- this is a must-have for my cosmetic case.

You have to push it a few times for the liquid to come out, and it is applied before make up, and concealer. I didn't see any change or improvement from using this product.
