My skin is sensitive and prone to break out or even rash if a product is too harsh. I love Temps Majeur Ultra Smoothing Toner because even after I have washed my face, I see missed or deeper make-up/dirt on the cotton pad. My pores are reduced and my moisturizing products are better absorbed. I can not speak about blemishes and I don't really know if a "toner" will correct the problem but it will gently clean your skin and prevent irritation from make up build up. I do think that it has helped even out my skin tone. I love the product and have been using for almost 10 years. Use it every time you wash your face and before you apply any other product. A little goes a long way! (don't rub! gently "sweep" across your face.
