Personal information collection and usage

We do not collect personally identifiable information about you, except when you provide it to us. Our goal is to record information to process your orders and if you request so, to inform you about our special offers, events and promotions.

a. Email address for newsletter

You may choose to opt-in to receive our newsletters or any other email communications from YSL Beauté and/or its affiliates during the registration process or by signing up on the Site specifically to receive such communications.
 

If you prefer not to receive such opt-in information emails, please do not opt-in to receive this information. If you do opt-in and decide later that you would no longer like to receive these emails, you may opt-out in the My Account section or on any email sent by YSL Beauté.
 

b. Names, addresses, phones

If you register to receive newsletters and/or when you purchase product(s) through the Site, we collect and store the following personally identifiable information: first and last name, billing and shipping address(as), phone, and e-mail addresses to process your order.
 

If you register with the site, we will also collect and store other personal information such as your product interest and your previous purchases on the Site.
 

YSL Beauté ships orders through trusted warehouse and shipping carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, and USPS which are not permitted to use personal information for purposes other than actual YSL Beauté shipping.
 

c. Billing information

When you purchase product(s) through the Site we will collect your billing (e.g., credit card) information to process your payment. As an ultimate protection of your privacy, we do not store, at any time, your credit card information on the Site. (We shall request your credit card information at each purchase.) YSL Beauté processes payments through certified processors and banks compliant with this Privacy Policy.
