Question does the piece of metal twist to release powder then twist to close the holes so powder doesnt spill out into lid during traveling?

• Answer Nicole, Unfortunately the shaver does not close any holes to eliminate spillage. The metal shaves the compacted powder so that you receive fresh illuminating powder. You do have to be very conservative with how much you shave or else you may have extra powder shifting around. However, there is a plastic piece that comes with the product that helps it to not spill during travel. This product is great and makes you feel so rejuvenated and even has the best fresh smell to it! by JULYIA K 03/06/12

• Answer I in fact have one of these, the answer is no. It doesn't spill any powder. Think of it as a grater, from what I can see, the power underneath is pressed powder and the metal twist only serves to grind the powder. I hope this helps. Cheers, Chennie by Chennie H 03/05/12

Question what undertone does the number 2 (sand) and 3 (amber) have?

• Answer I purchased the sand and the undertone is a ecru /yellowish in color. A very nice product. It appears to be a pinkish in the chart, but it is more yellow. Hope this helps. by Angela S 02/26/12
