Opium Rich Body Creme

Question Why have you changed the Opium Rich Body Cream? I'm extremely disappointed with the new and lighter version of the rich body cream. I have worn this fragrance for over thirty years and usually buy in bulk so I didn't catch the change until it was time for a new purchase it's just not the same product. PLEASE return to the original formula that had more rose notes than the current with coconut. It truly is an inferior product and I have come to expect MUCH more from the house of YSL. A very loyal customer...for now.
Question I bought 2 the last time because it is hard to come by, but I was disappointed in the strength of the perfume in the cream. Anybody else find this?
- Answer Hi, I love Opium rich body creme, after my bath I rub small amounts on my chest and arms, makes my skin feel so soft and I can smell the wonderful scent all day, I have been using Opium perfume and the body lotion for years, I do not use anything else. - Answer I personally love the Opium Body Creme more than the EDT spray since they changed it. I guess it is personal preference, but I love the cream. If it is not strong enough for you, you could use the EDT spray or perfume first then put the creme over it which is what I do. I personally hope they never change the body creme. Hope this helps. Question larger size?

- Answer I don't think that I would want a larger size; in fact, I consider the product to be large (I wouldn't want a smaller size either). It actually is fairly heavy and for some reason I have to pick it up to open it, so I feel larger would be somewhat awkward. It lasts many months as it is, and I feel that fragrances change or decline over a period of time. by Judith B 04/19/12

Question i have used Opium for over 25 years and LOVE IT. I am now trying to find another fragrance to switch to once in a while and i wonder if anyone knows anything else even a little similar that i could try? I just feel the need to change up once in a while..... thanks---
- Answer Like you, I LOVE Opium and have used it for several years. Estee Lauder also has some nice fragrances that aren't strong but last a long time. I like one of their oldest--Youth Dew. Another nice one is Knowing. I like using fragrant body creams instead of cologne or perfume because I find them too strong. by Harriet M 03/26/12

- Answer I love this fragrance too, especially in the winter. I would say change up in the warmer seasons to Prada Iris or try another Prada . Angel by Terry Migular, and Bogata Vega, Burberry also make some similar fragrances.I hope this helps. by DEANNA H 03/24/12
