Libby C: I've used this mascara for years and people constantly ask me about how I get my eyelashes to look so amazing! I have super long lashes naturally, which sounds like a blessing, but in actuality, many "volumizing" mascaras clump on my long lashes. This is the only mascara I've found that fans them out, while still lengthening. The consistency is thicker than most mascaras, so you dont get the runny transfer on your eyelid either. Alyssa L: I had my makeup done for the Marine Corp Ball in Hawaii and the Makeup artist at Nordstrom used this mascara on me. I have loved it since. She mentioned that it helps your eyelashes grow longer and thicker and it is true. I stopped using the mascara for a few months when we moved and saw the difference. What a good idea from YSL...Indeed I am happy to answer because I think that you found the right person to give you my thoughts on this fabulous mascara..Cathy would like everything about it:.. the feel (lightness) it does not stick or run off...easy to take off (because of the light coat)
I am allergic to most cosmetics and YSL is the best ... I also love the "green" color for me...

Celeste O: I, too, have fine lashes. Mine often seem invisible at times. The Mascara Singulier's brush provides excellent definition, and its formula (which I would say does more than lightly coats lashes) is what makes my eyes pop, adding some vitality to my look. Also, I can go a full 9 hours without touching up my mascara (it's always the eyeliner that I need to fix). Aug 30, 2012

Elizabeth K: This mascara adds volume, length and curl. It may work for what you want if you apply just one coat. And maybe if you try it in the brown with just one coat it may be better than in black which would be more dramatic. I would recommend going to a YSL counter and try it own before you get it to make sure it's what you wanted. Hope that helps. Aug 29, 2012

Yuqing T: This one is not a heavy one at all. It looks very nature but definitely no mess up although I bought the non-waterproof one. It is very easy to use. The brush is good!!! I think this one is the perfect choice for you if you are looking for a nature but elegant defined look on your lashes. Aug 29, 2012

cecibel g: I use "shocking" by YSL, I feel it coats better. Sadly they discontinued "everlast" this was the Best mascara I've ever used.

A: I am not sure what you mean by extensive, my experience is this, I love the color, but was disappointed with the brush, it did not hold up under the circumstances, meaning, The brush collapsed on itself and made the mascara gooey. I like yo trade off using my mascara every few days, and was disappointed in the longevity of the product, in light of the price. Nov 30, 2012
