It won't let me upload a picture, but it's lovely. Very subtle lavender shimmer. I didn't care for it alone (I typically like bolder colors) but it is the most gorgeous topcoat!

I don't have a photo, but basically it's a really thin, sheer, shimmery topcoat. I have the Ice Coat so it's a purplish-blue.

Can't send pic-Haven't used this yet.When this arrived it was emulsified to all one rose color then settled into layers-gimmicky-I don't have high hopes and would not purchase again.

I really don't know how this is supposed to work. I purchased it with the thought that it would give me the "ombre" look but when I applied it ....I found out it just gave a pearly colored top coat look.....maybe I am not doing it right. Got to find out the next time I am at the YSL counter. I hope I answered your question.

Actually, aside from how it looks in the bottle, it doesn't. It's just a shimmery topcoat.

That's what it is--a shimmery top coat. It's a different visual effect. Think of it like a seperated indie polish, that you have to shake up to use. It is not meant to create a tie dyed/marbled look--but a sugary, shimmery, opalescent appearance.

I purchased hip coat. I think the name tie dye is misleading. I would name it cellophane. It is a sheer glow of color. I think it is great for summer because it is so clean, fresh and unique. Many years ago another French cosmetic company had something similar, I wore it constantly. To see a return to this concept really made me happy. I'm bored with grey, easter egg colored nails.'this is something you won't see coming and going. A great summer splurge.

No, I would definitely not purchase this product again. I followed the directions given and could not achieve anything anywhere close to the described result. I then emailed the website with questions because I really was still hoping the polish would work. After receiving absolutely no reply from customer service, I ended up returning both bottles. Buyer beware!
