Judy P: No, only on outside...I don't know of any liquid eyeliner that you can put on inner lid. I also read the other day that putting eyeliner all the way around your eyes makes them look smaller, and that the top eyelid liner should not extend past where eyelashes end, if you want a more open eye look. Judy O: I'm sorry but I've never tried the Revlon product so I can't make the comparison however I can say that I do love the YSL eye liner. It's simple to use and you can control the amount you want to apply whether a more definitive darker line or just a light thin line. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Mar 9, 2012

Donna E: I am not familiar with the Revlon product but love this eyeliner. It is easy to be precise and not smear. You can easily make the line thin for casual business and make it thicker for evening events. I highly recommend it. Mar 21, 2012

Judy P: I loved everything about the eyeliner...just make sure and don't leave the cover off too long...it will dry out the tip, and it will never rehydrate itself. Oct 1, 2012

Sume D: I love this eyeliner but you have to use this with an eyeshadow primer. I use the Nars eyeshadow primer and it last all day with this liner. Try it and you will see how long it lasts. It looks very black. Apr 25, 2013

Judy P: Mine dried out after about a week. The cap evidently does not stay on like it should. I called them and was told that was a problem with this eyeliner. Looks like they should fix it then or at least tell people about it! I will not purchase again, because they will not stand behind their products. Texas Judy. Jun 4, 2012

Judy P: I don't think they carry any other color. Looks like they would answer your question, but I'm am less than pleased with their customer service. I bought this in the black, and it goes on better than any I've ever used. Loved it until after using about 1 week, the top came off in my cosmetic bag , and the whole thing dried out. I called and they said it's a problem with this eyeliner, but refused to do anything about it. If you buy, make sure you keep the cover very secure. Expensive eyeline for 1 week use!.
