Dawn F: It feels silky when I apply it to my skin. It is not sticky like some other cream blushes and it leaves a smooth finish. I really do not know if it is oil free but I love this! It does nnot feel oily at all as it goes sort of into a powder finish but not drying at all. I really like it so give it a try! I think you will like it!
